A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has dismissed the application filed by the senator representative of Kogi West Senatorial constituency, Dino Melaye, seeking to void his recall.
Senator Melaye has approached the court asking it to nullify the recall process initiated by the Independent National Electoral Commission [INEC] on the grounds of irregularities.
The process was instituted by his constituents seeking that he be recalled from the National Assembly.
