A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja, has granted the former Central Bank of Nigeria Governor, Mr Godwin Emefiele, bail.
The court presided over by Justice Adeniyi, ruled that the embattled bank chief should be released to his counsel and must be produced in court when needed.
Also, he ordered Emefiele to deposit all his travel documents with the court’s registrar.
