BREAKING: Court nullifies Taraba APC guber primary

Justice Simon Amobeda of the Federal High Court in Jalingo, Taraba State, has on Tuesday, nullified the governorship primary election that produced Emmanuel Bwacha as the party’s flag bearer in the forthcoming 2023 general election.

Justice Amobeda’s ruling a petition by an aggrieved aspirant, David Kente, who challenged the emergence of Bwacha as candidate of the party.

Ruling, the presiding Judge, directed that a fresh governorship primary election be conducted within 14 days.

He also ordered Bwacha to stop parading himself as the governorship candidate of the APC.
