A federal High Court sitting in Abuja has struck out a suit against Senator Rochas Okorocha, a former governor of Imo State by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission.
Justice Yusuf Halilu, while delivering judgement described the anti-graft agency’s charges of fraud and abuse of office against Okorocha as an abuse of judicial process on the grounds that the commission had filed a similar charge against the defendant at the Federal high court.
