A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has vacated the interim forfeiture order placed on properties belonging to former Deputy Senate President, Ike Ekweremadu.
This was contained in a judgement issued on Friday by the presiding judge, Justice Inyang Ekwo.
Ruling, Justice With held that the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) concealed facts in its application for an interim forfeiture of the assets.
