BREAKING: Crisis looms in Barcelona FC as Messi refuses to renew contract

All is not well in Barcelona Football Club as Lionel Messi has reportedly refused to renew his contract with the Spanish giant, a source familiar with on-going contract negotiation has said.

Spanish newspaper MARCA had reported that Messi has never been further from renewing his Barcelona contract

The report further stated that negotiations have reached a point of no return which seems impossible to resolve

Messi however has told Barcelona that he would not sign a new contract with the club.

The Argentine hitman said he is not convinced about the sports project and the financial situation in the Club
