BREAKING: High Court In Imo Frees 76 Members Of IPOB From Prison Custody

The hierarchy of the Indigenous People Of Biafra (IPOB) on Monday heaved a sigh of relief after 76 members of the group who have been in prison custody were granted bail by Imo State High Court.
Their release was announced by the legal adviser of the outlawed movement, Barrister Ejiofor. According to him, the released members of the group have been in detention since 2020.
Ejiofor announcing their release said, “The Imo State High Court sitting in Owerri the state capital, has just delivered Ruling on our application seeking for the release of over 76 Innocent IPOB members held in custody since last year.
“His Lordship granted all of them bail in a well considered Ruling just delivered now. We thank Chukwuokike Abiama for being on the throne always. We move!”
