BREAKING: INEC declares Peter Mbah winner of Enugu guber poll

The Enugu State governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, Barr Peter Mbah, has been declared winner of Enugu gubernatorial election.

The Independent National Electoral Commission INEC made the declaration at the Enugu Collation Centre.
