Justice James Omotosho has ordered the eviction of Nnamdi Kanu, the proscribed leader of the Indigenous People Of Biafra (IPOB) from the courtroom, over his unruly and aggressive attitude in the court.
The judge accused Kanu of not conducting himself properly.
He cited instances of Nnamdi Kanu shouting down his lawyer in the courtroom while addressing the media.
The judge also cited the incident of the last court proceedings where Nnamdi Kanu verbally abused court officials and attempted to attack security operative.
