*As Justice Abang of Abuja Court orders stay of execution
Justice A.I Allagoa of the Federal High Court, Owerri, has affirmed the election of Governor Okezie Ikpeazu of Abia State.
This is coming just as Justice Okon Abang of Federal High Court, Abuja, orders stay of execution on the judgment that removed the embattled Governor Ikpeazu.
Ruling on the matter filed by Mr. Friday Nwosu against Ikpeazu on alleged forgery of tax documents, the court ruled that the Nwosu was unable to prove that the tax documents were forged.
The court then went ahead and dismissed the matter.
