BREAKING: Robbers raid Rivers State university of technology female hostel, rape, cart away valuables

Robbers armed with machetes and other dangerous weapons in the wee hours of Thursday, invaded a female hostel of Rivers State University of Technology.

A source from the University speaking with NewsBand Newspaper, said that during the attack at hostel B, some female students were allegedly raped, phones and laptops were also looted during the raid.

The source further told this medium that some students who made an attempt to resist the criminals were given matchete cut and beaten mercilessly.
