*Orders Appeal Court to continue with proceedings
Supreme Court has, on Tuesday, struck out motion by Ali Modu Sheriff’s faction of Peoples Democratic Party [PDP] on stay of execution on Ondo State PDP candidate crisis.
Also, the Apex Court has directed the Court of Appeal to continue with his proceeding on PDP candidate crisis in Ondo State.
It could be recalled last week the Appeal Court postpone Judgement on Ondo PDP till further notice.
However, with this development, the Court of Appeal can now go ahead to give its ruling on PDP candidate ticket.
