UPDATE: SARS Arrest Publisher Of African Examiner, Sunday Fashe

UPDATE:
Mr Sunday Fashe who was arrested for doing an investigative story regarding one Reuben Jigah, a former DFA in one of the federal parastatals has been freed on bail by the Police.
His bail followed the intervention of the Online Publishers Association of Nigeria, OPAN.
But the police demanded to return to the police this morning for further investigation.
According to our earlier reports, Fase had called Mr Jigah to seek his response to a story his medium was working on.
The man said he’ll call him back and instead gave his number to SARS.
This morning a man from DHL called his reporter that she has a parcel and that they need her address to deliver.
She gave them the office number and on arrival they were SARS operatives.
They forced her to call him and on arrival he was arrested.
Presently, they’ve done first round interrogations asking how he got the report he’s working on.
Now they’re saying we have to wait for their boss to know the next line of action.
QUESTION:
Why bring a journalist to SARS?
Is he an armed robber or kidnapper.
Meanwhile, Mr Fashe has corroborated the story.
He further stated that he was waiting to be briefed on the what his offense is.
He can be reached at 0809-111-3268.
