The presidential election petition Tribunal—PEPT, has officially declared the President Bola Tinubu as the winner of the last election after dismissing petitions filed by the presidential candidate of the Labour Party—LP, Mr Peter Obi and his PDP counterpart, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar challenging his victory.
Justice Haruna Tsamani five man panel upheld the result of the election on Wednesday night.
