The immediate ex-Governor of Katsina state, Ibrahim Shema, who was declared wanted on Wednesday by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has turned himself in.
The former governor was declared wanted for allegedly diverting N18 billion of government’s fund to his private account.
