Picture story: First Lady of Equatorial Guinea sends special message to wife of the President
The First Lady of the Republic of Equatorial Guinea, Her Excellency, Mrs. Constancia Mangue Nsue de Obiang, has sent a special message to Her Excellency, Mrs. Aisha Muhammadu Buhari, wife of the President of Nigeria.
The message was delivered by H. E. Ms. Evangelina Filomena Oyo Ebule, Minister of Justice, Worship and Penitentiary Institutions of Equatorial Guinea (4th left) and received by Dr. Hajo Sani, Senior Special Assistant to the President (3rd left) at State House.
Ms. Ebule was accompanied by H. E. Felisa Rodriguez Sikale, Secretary of State in the Ministry of the Promotion of Small and Medium-sized Businesses (2nd right) and Mr. Job Obiang Esono Mbengono, Ambassador of Equatorial Guinea to Nigeria (2nd left).
