Danladi Umar on Wednesday threatened to descend heavily on anyone caught recording the ongoing trial of Embattled Senate President, Senator Bukola Saraki.
Danladi Umar is the Chairman of Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT) where Saraki is currently facing trial over alleged false assets declaration.
Justice Umar: “Whoever comes into the court with internet devices to take video clips of what transpired in the court would be in soup.
“Me and my colleagues on this bench accommodate everyone and we’re trying our best to do what is right.
“Don’t embarrass us.
Tribunal Chair, Danladi Umar, also ordered that all security men with rifles in the courtroom should henceforth stay outside the courtroom.
Thereafter, Kanu Agabi excuses himself from the court to enable him go for medical checkup.
He handed over to Raphael Oluyede to move his earlier motion.
