Chike Obidigbo, Osisioma Igbo And World Igbo Congress

Tomorrow [today], the 27th Day of May is a World Igbo Congress Summit at Enugu. The summit will dwell on “Oganiru Ndigbo”.

The conference will discuss the Igbo economy, the restructuring of Nigeria to accommodate the Indigenous People of Biafra as well as protecting the Igbo from internal slavery.

Every society is looking at the economy, how to develop the resources at their disposal in order to create jobs especially with the energy of the youths.

Dr Chike Obidigbo has been an advocate of economic rejuvenation, job creation and think home investment initiative of the Igbo nation.

The organisers of the World Igbo Congress Summit which is the biggest Igbo summit has deemed Dr Chike Obidigbo worthy to deliver a speech not only as a discussant but also as a panelist to this special event.

On April 14, 2017 Dr Chike Obidigbo was at Uburu, Ohaozara local govt area of Ebonyi state where he delivered a paper on “Ndi Igbo in the Next 50 Years”. The event was an Easter Retreat organised on Good Friday by Ndigbo in Diaspora.

The Easter Retreat looked at the Igbo political economy and the Igbo man in the next 50 years.

Dr Chike Obidigbo, is what Anambra State needs at this era of economic crisis, rising unemployment and hunger. He has developed a template to revamp the local economy, create mass employment through industrialization, arrest hunger through food security and improve our deteriorated education system through what he called “3H Approach of Human Capital Development”.

According to Dr Chike Obidigbo, under his administration, the education system will be modeled in such a way as to nurture the Head, Heart and Hand (3H). The workability of this model is detailed in our manifesto and blueprint of CORRECTION 2017.

As the World Igbo Congress Summit kicks off tomorrow at Enugu, Dr Chike Obidigbo the man with the ideas and vision will roll out his ideas on southeast economic integration.

Dr Obidigbo is currently exploring the possibility of a southeast rail transportation system that will run from Aba to Onitsha.

This southeast rail transportation system will be called Odenigbo rail as it will be extended to Abakaliki through Enugu. This will help our businessmen, manufacturers and rural farmers enjoy greater mobility and ease of movement of goods and services.

The World Igbo Congress Summit tomorrow will be a role call of who is who in Igboland.

The Guest of honour is His Excellency the Deputy Senate President, Ike Ekweremadu, while the 5 southeast govs are the special guests.

Real Admiral Ndubuisi Kanu (rtd) will chair the summit while Prof Anya O Anya will deliver a keynote address.
