COAS directs battalion commanders to tackle emerging security threats, commissions key projects

Ibadan, Nigeria — Lieutenant General Olufemi Oluyede, Nigeria’s Chief of Army Staff (COAS), has urged Battalion Commanders to act decisively against emerging security threats.
