COSEYL hails Abia governor for commissioning four roads

The Coalition of South East Youth Leaders (COSEYL), has lauded Governor Okezie Victor Ikpeazu of Abia State for the construction and commissioning of four major roads within the state.

The roads included Osusu Road, First Avenue Road, Ebenma Road and Egege Road.

Reacting to the projects, which was recently inaugurated by Ikpeazu, amid jubilation in a statement, President General of COSEYL, Hon. Goodluck Egwu Ibem, disclosed that the road has opened up the affected areas for rapid development.

Ibem added that the socio-economic value of the affected areas has appreciated, stressing that the governor has proved that he is indeed a manager of lean resources.

The statement reads, “The commissioning of four major roads in the state is a good new year present to Abians. This is a great opportunity for Abians to be very proud. The way Governor Ikpeazu is performing, Abia will soon match international states anywhere in the world.

“The achievements of Governor Victor Ikpeazu in office is a reflection of a governor who is not only a thinker but a doer and we are happy that he is delivering on the promises he made to the good people of Abia who elected him to govern them.”

The statement adds, “Ikpeazu didn’t disappoint the people. He is silently achieving, meticulously planning, religiously executing and brilliantly giving results for Abia state.

“All over Abia state, we are seeing results. At Osisioma roundabout, we can see what is happening there, that place is a construction site. It used to be a den of criminals but what is going on there now is a developmental activities for the benefits of the entire country”.
