Di faction wey Dike Bara dey lead talk say di lawmaker dey promote factions for inside di party and e dey belong to one splinter group wey dem dey call PDP.
But for Monday, Justice G.O. Ollor deliver judgment for case no: PHC/1391/CS/2024, wey e talk say di factional Caretaker Committee no get di constitutional power to suspend National Assembly member.
Justice Ollor talk say, “Di federal lawmaker no get fair hearing. Any action wey Mr. Dike Bara and him colleagues do na illegal, e no dey follow constitution, and e don clear.”
As e dey react to di ruling, Abiante show say e dey satisfied, talk say di court decision don clear him position.
E still talk say di suspension na pipo wey no get legal standing for di PDP wey arrange am.
He talk say, “I don talk am months ago say this illegal action no go stand because as member of PDP, I sabi di Constitution of our great party and that of Naija well well.
Today Court ruling don challenge di membership status of those wey dey behind di illegal action.
“Make I talk am again say those wey sit down and make di announcement for May no be members of PDP because dia names are nowhere written for PDP Register of Ward 1, Ngo, Andoni Local Government.”
“Dem be pipo wey dem hire to be clog for di wheel of development and good governance for Rivers State wey Governor Siminalayi Fubara dey champion. Dem go continue to fail.”

Awaji-Inombek Abiante na Naija politician wey dey represent Andoni/Opobo-Nkoro federal constituency for Rivers State.
