Customs Admits Killing A Civilian In Lagos-Benin Road

The Nigeria Customs Service [NCS] has admitted the killing of a civilian along Lagos-Benin Expressway on Sunday.

NCS made the disclosure in a statement on Sunday obtained by ElombahNews.

Customs, however, stated that the victim is not a passenger as alleged, rather, one “Godwin”, who it said “used to fetch water for Customs patrol men anytime they return to the base”.
