Declaring APC, PDP as terrorist organization is a thunderclap across Africa — IPOB

The leadership of the Indigenous People Of Biafra (IPOB), has said that the declaration of the All Progressive Congress (APC) and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), as a terrorist organizations by a Canadian court is nothing but a thunderclap across Africa.

The separatist movement said this in a statement made available to newsmen by its spokesman, Emma Powerful.

It described the Canadian judgment as the opening salvo.

According to IPOB, the judgment signals the unraveling of the Nigerian state’s lies before the international community.

The statement reads: “The historic ruling by a Canadian court — a true citadel of civilized justice — declaring Nigeria’s ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) and the so-called opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) as terrorist organizations is a thunderclap across Africa.

“This is not just a judgment; it is a moral earthquake. It confirms before the world what IPOB has always known and what millions of oppressed Nigerians whisper in fear: the political class in Nigeria is a cartel of terror.

“This is a stark warning to all enemies of the Indigenous People of Biafra. If you align yourself against the righteous and lawful struggle for the survival and self-determination of the Biafran people, you will face the full measure of justice — here on earth and in the court of heaven. History is not kind to oppressors. And karma, as the saying goes, is a ruthless enforcer.

“We remind the world of the solemn declaration of our indomitable leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu years ago: that all those ethnic and political groups who conspired to unleash the 1967-1970 genocide — exterminating over 5 million Biafran souls, including starving to death our children — would one day taste the bitter cup they forced upon us. That day has arrived.

“Look around: Northern Nigeria and parts of the West now reel under waves of displacement. Villages lie abandoned. Ordinary people hide in bushes to escape Fulani Janjaweed terrorists unleashed by the very parties now branded “terrorists” by an impartial court abroad. Children in those regions now suffer the same malnutrition that was weaponized against Biafra. The blood cries from the ground, and justice answers.

“It was a PDP governor, Dave Umahi, who fired the first shot in the illegal and unconstitutional proscription of IPOB — a proscription that the APC-led Federal Government cemented with tyranny. Today, both parties stand naked before the world, stripped of their political sanctimony and stamped with the global disgrace of “terrorist” status. The irony is divine. The punishment is poetic.

“Let this be a warning in letters of fire:
Do not trifle with IPOB. Do not trifle with Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.

“Those who fight against the Biafran cause fight against the Almighty Himself, and they will be crushed under the weight of both earthly law and divine decree.

“The Canadian judgment is not the end — it is the opening salvo. It signals the unraveling of the Nigerian state’s lies before the international community. The world is now watching without the haze of propaganda. The tide of history is turning, and it is turning in favor of truth, freedom, and Biafra.

“Biafra is alive. Biafra is rising. And no power on earth can stop it.”
