The suspended National Chairman of APGA, Ozo Victor Oye, it was gathered, is on the run.
Oye who was suspended from office on October 5, 2016 has since been parading himself as the national chairman of APGA.
But in a move to stop Oye from further parading himself as the party’s national chairman, the new national chairman, Ozo Nwabueze Okafor and other members of NWC who suspended Oye approached the Federal High Court Abuja seeking an order of the court to stop him from parading himself as APGA national chairman.
However, Oye who got the wind of the suit at the court has been hiding, trying to evade court services.
The court bailiff we learned has been looking for Oye to serve him personally as directed by the court.
Meanwhile, the plaintiffs in the case who spoke to APGA Interactive Forum said, they will seek alternative means of service if Oye keeps evading service.
