Tanzanian music star Diamond Platnumz caused a stir at the wedding finale of fellow singer Juma Jux.

He arrived fashionably late, wearing an all-white suit and a studded white veil, ignoring the black-and-gold dress code, Diaspora Digital Media (DDM) reports.

The bold outfit sparked immediate reactions from social media users, who questioned his decision to wear a bridal veil.

Many described the veil as excessive, with some jokingly calling him the “groom-bride” of the event.

One user remarked, “Wahala, is he the bride?” while another added, “Outfit is giving groom bride.”

A mother shared her son’s reaction, who asked why Diamond was wearing a veil to the wedding.

The veil, usually reserved for brides, led to widespread amusement and criticism across various online platforms.

Diaspora Digital Media (DDM) reports that Diamond has a history of making bold entrances at high-profile events.

He previously made headlines in Nigeria by spraying Iyabo Ojo with dollar bills at Priscilla Ojo’s after-party.

Fans had praised his generosity then, but his latest appearance drew more criticism than applause.

Some users said he was trying too hard to stand out with his fashion choices.

@bkny_belicious wrote that his “annoying walking steps” and proud posture made the look hard to admire.

@ijay_sucre criticized his fur coat, questioning why anyone would wear it in such heat.

@queenvictoria135 humorously asked what Diamond had “hung on his head” at the wedding.

Despite the backlash, others appreciated his loyalty and friendship with Juma Jux.

One user noted that Asake didn’t attend Yemolee’s wedding, unlike Diamond who showed up.

Others shifted focus to another guest, asking who the tall man in brown fur was.

While Diamond’s outfit sparked debate, Priscilla Ojo’s surprise Range Rover gift also stole the spotlight.

The gift from Juma Jux at the wedding finale touched hearts and drew emotional reactions online.

In a video, Priscilla jokingly told Juma to rent another bride if there would be another wedding.

This lighthearted exchange added charm to the already glamorous celebration.

Another touching moment featured Priscilla’s best friend, Enioluwa, crying as she walked down the aisle.

His emotional reaction won sympathy and admiration from many social media users.

Iyabo Ojo and Funke Akindele’s grand entrance also captured attention as they danced into the venue.

From fashion to emotions, JP2025 became one of the year’s most talked-about celebrity weddings.

Diamond Platnumz may have broken the dress code, but he certainly didn’t go unnoticed.

Once again, the East African star proved he knows how to dominate the spotlight.
