Don’t Mess With November 18 Anambra Election — APGA Warns Nnamdi Kanu

APGA Nigeria Think-Tank has warned IPOB leader, Nnamdi Kanu to steer clear of forthcoming November 18 Anambra election or face dire consequences.

The All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) Nigeria Think-Tank has warned the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra [IPOB] Nnamdi Kanu to steer clear of the forthcoming November 18 Anambra election or face dire consequences.

APGA Nigeria Think-Tank said this in a statement issued and signed by the Policy Directorate, APGA Think-Tank, Nigeria and obtained by Elombah.com.

The strong-worded warning reads:

At the APGA Think-Tank, Nigeria, we encourage IPOB members who are full-fledged Nigerians to on the 18th of November, 2017, quietly take off their IPOB Uniforms, neatly fold them up, put them away, put on their Nigerian Civilian garbs, retrieve their voting cards, and walk to the different polling stations to vote.

Not performing this civic act is highly Treasonous to all politics in Nigeria.

Issues in Nigeria must be allowed multifarious means of expression. We cannot limit ourselves to a perspective, no matter how sentimental. The IPOB cannot become a limiting body either.

At the APGA Think-Tank, Nigeria, it is our opinion that We cannot deny ourselves a political and policy negotiating platform.

The All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) Nigeria is the firm Nigerian and South-Eastern political boot on the ground in Nigeria. It was not easy securing that beach head, and we may not eliminate it’s political participation in Nigeria by a foolhardy call.

Nnamdi Kanu’s call is nothing short of politically naivity, or, somebody is using him.

The APGA echelon and what it stands for in Nigeria, is way past such immaturity. The APGA Think-Tank, Nigeria encourages the IPOB member to exercise his civic rights as allowed in the country that he presently exists in. As is.

Like an old adage would say, “To ignore objective conditions is perilous….”.

At the APGA Think-Tank, it will be democratically counter-productive for the IPOB member not to vote. We call on the IPOB members to use their tongue to count their teeth.

If they don’t vote, someone else will. And the IPOB member will not forgive himself for the mortal wound, irresponsible aftermath.

Others with interests inimical to the South-East cannot wait to use Nnamdi Kanu’s poor judgment as a cover to deal severely with any organized political effort from the South-East.

Yes! Nnamdi Kanu’s call has severe consequences of the other kind.

Even fools are careful of mortal wounds.

Presently, The Voting card is the biggest ammunition in the IPOB members’ kitty. He/she must use it.

To vote in Nigeria, means to secure a politically sympathetic ear on one’s vision for the future. That exercise must continue.

It is important that the IPOB members demonstrate their right in the Nigerian republic. The APGA Think-Tank recognizes their right to Freedom of Speech. So also, is their civic right to vote. IPOB members cannot do themselves this disservice.

Voting in Nigeria costs nothing.

It rather re-asserts the IPOB members rights to good security, Road network, Infrastructure development, Government support and our firm belief in Self-Governance, as clearly manifested in the current regime of the Anambra State Government headed by His Excellency, Chief Willie Obiano.

All Politics is not HO-HUM.

Withholding the IPOB vote is an invitation to anarchy, regret.

The IPOB member must vote.

Vote on November 18, 2017.

We will continue to address our issues.
