The estranged deputy leader of the proscribed Indigenous People Of Biafra (IPOB) has once again lambasted Nnamdi Kanu, accusing him of replicating the same evil and lies he accused Nigeria of in IPOB.
The recent attack is coming after Uche-Mefor had earlier condemned World Igbo Congress for endorsing Kanu’s private Security Network (ESN).
He accused the Igbo social cultural organization of funding and encouraging the proliferation of militia groups in the South east region.
Although, Mefor who is known for his diplomatic disposition also admonished the group to act responsibly and work with the stakeholders in the region when it comes to local policing.
Uche-Mefor in a statement said, “Everything Nnamdi Kanu is saying about Nigeria, about evil and lies is what he is doing in IPOB and the wider Biafran public”.

However, there have been war of words between Uche-Mefor and some top echelon of the separatist movement after he disassociated himself from the group. Some have even accused Uche-Mefor of being responsible for the problems tearing and dwindling the fortunes of the movement.
