Because of the fear of the unknown, Kano State governorship election petition tribunal, is currently sitting and reading out the judgment in the case between the All Progressives Congress–APC, and New Nigeria People’s Party—NNPP.
The reading of the judgement at the Miller Road, Kano High Court complex, on Wednesday, is been transmitted virtually via zoom as the panel members are not physical in court.
The parties in the case, lawyers, media professionals, and other accredited people into the court are presently listening to the judgment.
The All Progressives Congress—APC is challenging the electoral victory of Abba Kabir Yusuf of the NNPP as governor of Kano State as declared by Independent National Electoral Commission—INEC.
