This was disclosed in a statement by a presidential aide and Secretary, Presidential Planning Committee on Niger Delta Stakeholders Summit, Mr. Donald B. Wokoma.

According to Mr. Wokoma, the Summit was expected to bring participants carefully drawn from across various groups of critical stakeholders together.

The abandoned Summit, however, will now hold at an unknown date.

Worse yet, the organisers failed to give reason for the postponement.
