The Federal Government finally completes the 13-storey NDDC Headquarters in Lolo-ama Community of Rivers State after 25 years.
It was gathered that NDDC abandoned the project for decades while paying about 200 million naira annually for a rented property.
The President Muhammadu Buhari administration resumed work on the project in November 2016 to stop the rent payment and today the project is ready for commissioning.
