EFCC lodged request with Abuja Federal High Court seeking arrest of former Attorney General of the Federation/Minister of Justice, Mohammed Adoke.
The economic and Financial Crimes Commission [EFCC] has lodged a request with the Federal High Court in Abuja seeking the arrest of a former Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Mohammed Adoke.
EFCC made the request on Monday at the stables of Justice John Tsoho.
The anti-graft agency is seeking for Adoke’s arrests in connection to the famous Malabu Oil deal.
The request to arrest Adoke was brought by the Counsel to EFCC, Johnson Ojogbane.
Justice Tsoho told Ojogbane to bring the request in writing after he a verbal request.
He then adjourned the case to June 13.
