Folashade Tinubu-Ojo conferred Àare Ajé of Ikale land, Ondo State

Chief Mrs. Folashade Tinubu-Ojo, daughter of the All Progressive Congress, APC Presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, and Iyaloja General of Lagos has been installed as the Aare Aje of Ikaleland by Abodi of Ikale, His Royal Majesty, Oba George Babatunde Faduyile, Adegun II, NEWSBAND reports.

The conferment of the Chieftaincy title which took place at Ikoya, the cradle of Ikale today witnessed the gathering of traditional rulers, many notable dignitaries, government officials, heads of local communities, as well as eminent Ikale sons and daughters who trooped in to witness the historic installation ceremony.

The Chieftaincy conferment was is in recognition of Mrs. Folashade Tinubu-Ojo’s innovative effort in rebuilding markets nationwide, organizing women to achieve progress and also her contribution to bringing women to limelight in politics and social life.

The Abodi of Ikale , during the installation ceremony advised the newly installed Aare Aje , to intensify her innovation and enthusiasm in bringing considerable progress to Ondo State and Ikale land in particular.

Oba George Babatunde Faduyile encouraged Chief Mrs. Folashade Tinubu-Ojo not to relent in advancing the course of women’s growth and building momentum that would foster local and national development.

Among the dignitaries at the event were APC statesman, Olusola Oke, Commissioner for Women Affairs, Dr. Princess Adebunmi Juliana, Prince Omojuwa Olusegun who represented the Ondo State Governor, Prof Adedayo Francis Fadule, Special Adviser on Health to Gov Akeredolu, the Olughogho of Ijosun, HRM Oba Samuel Oyewunmi, the Odogbo of Omi Kingdom, Oba Akinyelure Olorunsola, the Majuwa of Ilu-Titun, HRM Earnest Adeoye Idepefo, Her Royal Highness, Princess Barrister Oluyemi Bajowa, the Amapetu of Mahin Kingdom, His Imperial Majesty Oba Williams Akinyomi who was represented by High Arowojolu among other dignitaries.

Expressing her gratitude, Chief Mrs. Folashade Tinubu-Ojo appreciated God for making the event a huge success while extending her unreserved gratitude to all monarchs and all government officers who graced her installment.
