Information reaching DDM News say there have apparently been reports of terror attacks in Shere Village, Jos East Plateau State, Nigeria, in the wake of the unjustified attacks that left about 200 people dead, numerous injured, and others displaced on December 24th.

After it was established that two villagers had been killed in cold blood, one of the aggressors also received a blowback rifle as a form of resistance, killing him. The self-defense collective known as vigilantes, however, was the force behind this resistance. Many of them risked their lives to defend the community and its lands from the Islamist Fulani attackers, whose goal is allegedly to displace the native population of the Middle Belt Plateau.
