Gov Ambode donates N150m to most affected insurgency states

The Executive Governor of Lagos state, Akinwumi Ambode on Monday presented cheques amounted to 150m to Borno Yobe and Adamawa where each state to have 50m to Carter for the needs of IDPs in their domain.

While presenting the cheques at the presidential Villa in Abuja, Ambode said it should be a collective effort of all Nigerians to totally wade off the activities of Boko Haram in the country.

Governor Bindow while responding to the humanitarian gesture done by the Lagos Governor said:

” indeed  we are not alone into this struggle, many concern Nigerians and our colleagues have being very supportive in fighting this evil menace “.

” With this help I know it will go a long way to relief our displaced people in our state, thank Ambode may God bless you “. He added
