The governor of Adamawa State, Senator Mohammed Umaru Jibrilla Bindow has been caught partying with a young woman suspected to be a girlfriend.
He was caught while claiming to be on official Assignment by an Adamawa citizen, Mallam Maliki.
Maliki, who quickly took to his Twitter page, published the photos and wrote:
“This is my state Governor.
“He owes his state LG and LEA Staffs almost 7-10 Months Salaries.”
