Guinness Nigeria Plc announced its unaudited financial results for the six months ending December 31, 2024.

The company achieved an 82.2% revenue increase, rising from ₦142.60 billion in H1’24 to ₦259.60 billion in H1’25.
This performance highlights the effectiveness of its revenue generation strategies and geographic expansion efforts.
Despite facing inflationary pressures and rising costs, Guinness Nigeria demonstrated strong operational efficiency.
The gross profit reached ₦59.01 billion, marking a 28.4% increase from ₦45.94 billion in the previous period.
However, operating profit declined to ₦11.26 billion from ₦16.40 billion in H1’24 due to higher sales costs.
Notably, the company significantly narrowed its net loss to ₦302.7 million in H1’25, recovering from a ₦5.23 billion loss in H1’24.
