On Saturday, February 15, 2025. Hamas and Islamic Jihad have released three Israeli hostages in Khan Younis, southern Gaza.
The captives were Iair Horn, Sagui Dekel-Chen, and Alexander Troufanov.
Diaspora digital media (DDM) gathered that they were handed over to the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC).
The operation was carefully coordinated to ensure a smooth transfer.
This release is part of a ceasefire agreement mediated by Egypt and Qatar.
Israel will release 369 Palestinian prisoners as part of the deal.
This marks the sixth prisoner exchange since January 19, 2025.
So far, 24 Israeli hostages and 730 Palestinian prisoners have been exchanged.
