House Leader, Doguwa accuses Kwankwaso of fomenting trouble in Kano

The House of Representatives Majority Leader, Alhassan Ado Doguwa, has accused the presidential candidate of the New Nigeria People’s Party, NNPP, Dr Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso of allegedly fomenting violence, before and during elections in Kano State.

Ado while addressing newsmen in Kano on Tuesday, in response to allegations of a violent outing during the election in the Tudunwada/Doguwa Federal Constituency, said all accusations levelled against him were baseless and unfounded.

While accusing Kwankwaso of being the troublemaker, he claimed the state was peaceful until the NNPP candidate allegedly arrived in the state with thugs of supporters.

” Kwankwaso should be held responsible for the violence before and during the just concluded Presidential and National Assembly Elections in Kano because the State was peaceful until the NNPP presidential candidate, decided to storm Kano with his hundreds of thugs who went on a rampage killing and burning people’s and properties”.
