Details of how the embattled leader of the proscribed Indigenous People Of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, ordered his irate mob to stone former President General of Apex Igbo Socio-cultural organization, Ohanaeze Ndigbo, Chief Nnia Nwodo to death have emerged.
Ikechukwu Emeka Onyia, a UK based Nigerian, made the revelation on his official Facebook.
He accused Nnamdi Kanu of giving the order during his live broadcast on Radio Biafra, London.
According to Ikechukwu Emeka, Kanu mob also attempted to bomb Nnia Nwodo’s Enugu House but could not succeed.
He also called for justice for the individuals killed by Eastern Security Network of IPOB in Anambra, Imo and other parts of Southeast region.
Ikechukwu said: “In June 2020, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu made a broadcast ordering his IPOB members to stone Ohaneze Worldwide President, Nnia Nwodo to death anywhere they found him.
“Few days later, attempt to bomb Nnia Nwodo’s Enugu House was made.
“Kanu need Nwodo’s head and made it public during his live broadcast.
“Kanu never considered that Nwodo was the undisputed President of the entire Igbo nation then and that a threat to him was a threat to entire Igbo Nation worldwide.
“Such threat attract curse to Kanu and his team. A President of Igbo Nation represents spirit of Igbos. Kanu meree nso ani! He committed so many abominable acts in Igbo land.
“Kanu’s ambition was to dismantle every administrative structure in South East that made it the most peaceful zone in Nigeria before he, Kanu arrived with his IPOB/ESN/Unknown Gunmen.
“A man that lack emotional stability needed to manage organisation. For Kanu, it was about threat, kill, stone, set ablaze etc!
“Yet, Kanu and co can not be mentioned to have contributed anything in Igbo land or adding any development block anywhere in South East.
“Igbo society is not a society that honour those that kill innocent and defenceless people for fun.
“There should be justice for victims of Kanu and co in South East.
“Affliction Shall Not Arise Again in Igbo land.”
