Nigerian forex trader and entrepreneur Jeffrey Benson has claimed that he owns properties worth about $1 million in Dubai and holds a Golden Visa from the United Arab Emirates.
Benson made the claim while speaking about his financial achievements from forex trading, suggesting that some of his wealth and assets are not widely known because he does not publicly discuss them.
“I have properties in Dubai worth $1M through forex trading. I don’t even talk about it,” Benson said.
The forex trader also claimed to have secured a Dubai Golden Visa, adding that obtaining such a residency status requires significant financial resources.
“I also have a Golden Visa from Dubai. You have to be extremely wealthy and have some money in your account to own this,” he said.
Benson is known within Nigeria’s forex trading community as the founder of Firepips Forex Academy, a platform focused on forex education, trading strategies and risk management. His professional profile identifies him as a forex trader, financial educator and entrepreneur.
His career has also attracted considerable attention online, with his public content focusing heavily on trading psychology, risk management and financial education.
However, the specific claims about owning $1 million worth of Dubai property and holding a Golden Visa could not be independently verified from the reliable sources reviewed. Online estimates of Benson’s overall wealth also vary considerably and are not confirmed financial records.
The remarks have nevertheless sparked interest among followers, particularly because Benson attributed the claimed property investments directly to his forex trading success.
His comments offer another glimpse into the wealth and lifestyle he says he has built through years in the financial markets, although the exact value of his assets remains a matter of his personal disclosure rather than independently verified financial information.
