The former governor of Delta State, Chief James Ononefe Ibori and others will now be filing their appeals formally today.
A source connected to Ibori’s defence team informed Elombah.com yesterday that” Ibori’s UK court hearing will take place today by 2pm at Southwark Crown Court.”
Ibori was recently released from prison in the United Kingdom.
He will formally tell the Court he is appealing his conviction.
