The Independent Corrupt Practices Commission (ICPC) has detained a whistle blower for exposing multi-billion naira properties owned by a junior level Civil Servant.

The Whistle blower, George Davidson in terse statement sent to our correspondent said the Civil servant, Regina Dominic owns seven properties and the ICPC has confirmed that six out of the seven properties were exposed by him.

He added that the anti-graft agency is yet to confirm ownership of the seventh property which is located in Gwarinpa Estate in Abuja.

According to him, ” I am being detained against my will in ICPC on the grounds that I submitted a petition to the ICPC regarding one Regina Dominic, and they are saying that they confirmed 5 of the properties to be true but they were uncertain of a particular one in Gwarimpa and hence I must be detained.

“They are also demanding that I will not be released unless a level 15-17 civil servant takes me on bail.

“I told them to see Justice Adah SC judgement.”

Details later. ..
