Ini Youths Unanimously Endorse Hon. Inibehe Uma for Executive Chairman

The youths of Ini Local Government Area gathered in large numbers to endorse Hon. Inibehe Uma, the current Transition Committee Chairman, as their sole candidate for the position of Executive Chairman of Ini Local Government Area, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria.

The event, which took place at the residence of Hon. Lawrence Udoide, the House member representing Ikono/Ini State Constituency, saw youths from all wards of Ini Local Government Area come together to declare their support for Hon. Inibehe Uma.

Speakers at the event, including renowned leaders and stakeholders from the area, praised Hon. Inibehe Uma for his achievements during his tenure as Transition Committee Chairman and expressed confidence in his ability to lead the local government to greater heights.

The youths, who were led by various ward leaders, presented Hon. Inibehe Uma as their sole candidate, citing his track record of performance and his commitment to the development of Ini Local Government Area.

In his remarks, Hon. Lawrence Udoide expressed his support for the youths’ choice and encouraged Hon. Inibehe Uma to continue his good work.

The Transition Chairman Hon. Inibehe Uma expressed happiness at the decision of the people to urge him to contest when the political whistle is blown.

He also emphasized the resolve of the Executive Governor of Akwa Ibom State, Pastor Umo Eno to have chairmen replicate his efforts in their respective local government areas. Hon. Inibehe Uma promised to strive for excellence in his leadership.

The event ended with a formal handing over of Hon. Inibehe Uma to the House member, symbolizing the youths’ endorsement of his candidacy.

The youths, still energized from their earlier gathering, proceeded to the residence of former Chief Whip, Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Emmanuel Ekpenyong, where they received a warm welcome. Rt. Hon. Ekpenyong, a respected leader and stalwart of the party, expressed his confidence in Hon. Inibehe Uma, praising his achievements and commitment to the people of Ini Local Government Area.

He encouraged the youths to continue their support for Hon. Inibehe Uma, emphasizing the importance of unity and solidarity in achieving their goals.

The visit to Hon. Emmanuel Ekpenyong’s residence marked another significant milestone in the youths’ campaign to endorse Hon. Inibehe Uma as their sole candidate for the Executive Chairman position.
