Injustice Against Kanu? Keep Quiet, You Hypocrites

You hypocrites, when will you change your evil ways? You shout injustice because you have a stake. You shout injustice in the day, but in the dead of the night, you smile endlessly. Please keep quiet, you hypocrite.

When he established ESN and vowed to chase and kill saboteurs, you hailed him without knowing it was an internal war among Biafrans. He killed Biafrans and destroyed our land. You didn’t talk or oppose him, but today, you shout about injustice. Please keep quiet, you hypocrite.

When Nnamdi Kanu started what he couldn’t finish, you didn’t tell him to stop or critically assess his options. You shouted, “Carry on, supreme reader.” You didn’t remind him that founding and arming ESN was a mistake, as he has no experience in that trade, but today you shout injustice. Please keep quiet, you hypocrite.

Calm has returned to the region, still fragile, but you are experiencing a return to normalcy. People are going back to their villages. The hunt for heads to bury Ikonso has fizzled out. Ala-Igbo is recuperating, and life is becoming bearable. You can now travel to your village, but you shout injustice despite the positive situation of things. Please keep quiet, you hypocrite!

You are a soldier, and you saw how Nnamdi Kanu decided to fight his brothers in the name of saboteurs. You saw how, instead of fighting outside, he fought inside and even incited the killings of fellow Igbo brothers. When Dora Akunyili’s husband was killed instead of those holding Kanu in Abuja, you didn’t shout injustice. You saw how he fought so-called saboteurs and destroyed our land, but you shout injustice today. Please keep quiet, you hypocrite.

You are a chief priest, and on BBC news, you were advising how killings in the Southeast because people engaged in politics were evil. You spoke extensively about how our youths attacked politicians because they believe they are saboteurs, but today, you rant about how a judgement against who incited the culprits is injustice. Please keep quiet, you hypocrite.

You are Obi Cubana, and all of a sudden, you started telling us how you have worked tirelessly to release Nnamdi Kanu. You reminded me that there won’t be peace until Nnamdi Kanu is released, as if there was peace when he was free. You are trying to be on the good books of the trend, and now you shout injustice. Please keep quiet, you hypocrite!

You are Abaribe, and you know that supporting Nnamdi Kanu will give you political edge over colleagues or opposition. Supporting him gives you the opportunity to remain in power, but you have never brought up solutions to correcting his mistakes on the Red Chamber. You support him simply to take advantage of his members for political gain. Please keep quiet, you hypocrite.

You are Sowore. You are not fighting for the separation of Nigeria. You know that if you become the Nnamdi Kanu of Yoruba people, it makes the job easier for Nnamdi Kanu, but you chose to fight for change politically to preserve the life of Yoruba people and maintain security stability for your region. All of a sudden, you decided to support Nnamdi Kanu and shout injustice. Please keep quiet, you hypocrite!

You are an observer, and Ala-Igbo was cool and calm prior to Nnamdi Kanu’s establishment of ESN. Kidnapping and killings were insignificant prior. Communities were not deserted prior. Everywhere was stable until he changed that gear he couldn’t control, and you didn’t speak sense into him. You didn’t help him realise he was making a mistake, but you today shout injustice. Please keep quiet, you hypocrite!

You live in Asaba, and Nnamdi Kanu announced sit-at-home. His ESN enforced the sit-at-home in Onitsha, and by virtue of the enforcement, people died and properties lost. Fear gripped the people of Onitsha, and people began to relocate to Asaba. You, as a landlord in Asaba, increased your house rent. Your land is appreciated, and you smile at home every month and year. You didn’t speak up against what was happening in Onitsha, but now you shout injustice. Please keep quiet, you hypocrite!

You are in another region of the country, and Nnamdi Kanu said no election and enforced it in my region. Your region engaged in election, shared dividend of democracy. Your region engaged in politics, developing and attracting investors. You kept quiet while Nnamdi Kanu destroyed Ala-Igbo. He was caught and subsequently jailed, and you shout injustice. Please keep quiet, you hypocrite!

You are a Biafra agitator, and you watched how prophet Anthony Nwoko was murdered for criticising Nnamdi Kanu. You saw how Akuwara was murdered after Kanu maliciously labelled him a kidnapper. You heard when he vowed. Two thousand heads will be used to bury Ikonso. You saw how he armed ESN. You watched him act and speak with reckless abandon, and you kept quiet, but now shout injustice. You are a Biafra agitator, and you were silent as Kanu fought and destroyed everyone who tried to advise him or suggest a different option. You supported everything Kanu did and said without helping him with a superior argument. You answered yes sir,” but now shout injustice because his actions caught up with him. Please keep quiet, you hypocrite!

You celebrated the arrest and jailing of Simon Ekpa. You worked and believed that once Simon Ekpa was taken away, Nnamdi Kanu would be released by the court. You provided material support for the arrest and jailing of Simon Ekpa. You believe that Simon Ekpa’s broadcast was destroying Ala-Igbo, but now, you shout injustice because the same cup was used to measure for Nnamdi Kanu. Please keep quiet, you hypocrite!

You are on social media praising Nnamdi Kanu every day, even when he was wrong. Writing how every of his actions were those of superhuman. Cheering after he slapped his lawyer. Cheering after he decided to defend himself. Cheering each time he comes to the court insulting judge and everyone. Now that his actions culminate to life imprisonment and you shout injustice. Please keep quiet, you hypocrite!

We are victims of Nnamdi Kanu’s failure, and we want to start afresh. So, please, I beg you in the name of God… Keep quiet, you hypocrite!
