Jarvis has responded to Nigerian rapper Ycee following his “Olodo Uprising” comment, which appeared to target her husband.
Addressing the remark, Jarvis defended her husband while also speaking on the broader issue of unemployment and societal expectations.
“Me that went to school and graduated, as government didn’t give us a job, what did you want us to do? You can’t expect those who have high IQs and at the end of the day end up cleaning toilets,” she said.
Her response has sparked conversations online, with many weighing in on the realities of job scarcity and the challenges faced by educated individuals in securing employment.
The exchange between both parties has continued to generate reactions, highlighting ongoing debates around respect, opportunity, and the pressures faced by young people navigating life after graduation.
