Judge Dismisses Sex Trafficking Claims Against Diddy Associate Kristina Khorram

Kristina Khorram, a longtime associate of music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs, has secured a major legal victory after a judge dismissed sex trafficking and related claims filed against her.

According to court documents, a Los Angeles County Superior Court judge ruled in Khorram’s favour during a hearing in June, throwing out allegations of sexual battery, sex trafficking, and other claims brought by Phillip Pines, a former employee of Combs.

The court determined that Pines failed to provide sufficient evidence linking Khorram to any alleged wrongdoing. Specifically, the judge found no proof that she had knowledge of any alleged sexual battery or that she was aware of or benefited from any purported sex trafficking activities.

Khorram, who had been described by the accuser as playing a central role in Combs’ operations, has denied all allegations.

Pines, who worked for Combs between 2019 and 2021, had alleged in his lawsuit that he was involved in organising hotel accommodations for the music executive’s private gatherings. He also claimed he was tasked with preparing rooms with various items and cleaning up afterward.

In response to the lawsuit, Combs’ legal team previously denied all allegations, maintaining that the claims were baseless.

“No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone man or woman, adult or minor,” a representative said.

The statement added that the judicial process would ultimately establish the truth, expressing confidence that Combs would prevail in court.

Investigations and any remaining legal proceedings related to the broader case are ongoing.
