The Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja has sacked the Speaker of the Nasarawa State House of Assembly, Honourable Ibrahim Balarabe Abdullahi.
Balaraba is a member of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
The court on Tuesday, declared the Peoples Democratic Party candidate, Honourable Sa’ad Abdullahi Ibrahim as the rightful winner of the election for Umaisha/Ugya State Constituency.
