An Ondo State High Court sitting in Akure has sentenced the three persons involved in the killing of Olufunke Olakuri, the daughter of Afenifere Leader, Pa Reuben Fasoranti, to death by hanging.
The presiding Judge, Justice William Olamide, passed the judgement on Friday.
Justice Olamide, however, discharged and acquitted the fourth suspect, Auwàla Abubakar, who happened to be the spokesman of Miyetti Allah.
Mrs. Olufunke, it could be recalled, was shot dead in 2019 by gunmen in Ore, Odigbo Local Government Area of the state.
