An appellate court sitting in Abuja has struck out an appeal filed by the National chairman of the All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA), Mr Edozie Njoku stopping a faction of the party from challenging his chairmanship legitimacy at the Supreme Court.
The court gave the landmark ruling on Tuesday, 8, 2024.
