JUST IN: #FearlessInOctober protest erupts in Abuja

Hundreds of Nigerians have taken to the streets of Abuja in a powerful protest tagged #FearlessInOctober, demanding an end to bad governance in the country.

The protest which is been organized by a group of civil society organisations, activists, and concerned citizens, reflects the growing frustrations over the country’s political, economic, and social woes.

Protesters, many of whom are young Nigerians, marched through the heart of the capital, brandishing placards with messages such as “Enough is Enough,” “End Bad Governance Now,” and “We Demand Accountability.”
